You will be given the rights to use the photos and film clips you select. However, the copyright of the photographs always remains with the photographer. I therefore ask you not to give the photos and film clips to third parties, as they would have to buy the rights of use first. I also ask you not to edit or alter the images. If you publish the photos, please always include the credit ‚Photo: Nadine Wilmanns‘. If you use the photos on your homepage, it is sufficient to write the photo reference in the imprint or in the footer of the website.

Sie bekommen die Nutzungsrechte für die Fotos und Film-Clips, die Sie auswählen. Das Copyright der Fotografien bleibt allerdings immer beim Fotografen. Daher bitte ich Sie, die Fotos und Film Clips nicht einfach an Dritte weiterzugeben, denn die müssten ihre Nutzungsrechte auch erst kaufen.
